Pricing

You pay the creators. We keep 10%.

That is the whole fee. No subscription, no retainer, nothing added on top of the campaign total. One price per campaign, however many videos it needs, from $300, and Reyn runs the campaign end to end: vetted creators, the brief, contracts, review, and payouts.

Campaign

10%

of what you pay creators, taken from their side. Nothing on top for you.

  • Every cut reviewed against the brief before it reaches you.
  • You approve every video. Creators are paid when you do.

How the money moves

Brand to Reyn to creator. Nothing out until you approve.

Creators on Reyn are never asked to chase an invoice, and you are never asked to pay a creator you haven’t approved.

01

Fund the campaign

Set the budget with us, we invoice you, and the money sits with Reyn. Creators can see the campaign is funded before they apply.

02

Approve each cut

Every video is reviewed against the brief, then sent to you. Nothing is paid out until you say yes.

03

We pay the creators

On approval, 90% of that video's share goes to the creator and 10% stays with Reyn. That is the entire fee.

Adding videos mid-campaign? The total grows and the same 10% applies. The fee agreed at the start of a campaign never changes for that campaign.

Usage rights

What you own depends on the campaign shape.

Every campaign is one of three shapes. Rights are set by the shape, not negotiated per video, so there is no meter running on content you already paid for.

Brand account

Clips made for your channels

Included

You own the videos outright. Post them, run them as ads, keep them on your product pages, for as long as you like.

Extra

Running the ads from the creator's own handle (whitelisting, Spark Ads), and raw footage.

Creator account

Posts on the creator's page

Included

The post stays up. You can reshare it on your own channels and link to it wherever you like.

Extra

Paid amplification from the creator's handle, sold in 30, 60 or 90-day windows.

Campaign account

An account built for the campaign

Included

One brand per account, ever. You own the handle and everything on it. The creator runs it for the campaign, then hands it over or it's archived.

Extra

Keeping the creator on after the campaign ends is a new campaign, priced the same way.

Extras

Quoted per campaign, agreed before anyone shoots.

None of these are in the base price, and none of them appear on a bill unless you asked for them.

  • Whitelisting

Ads run from the creator's own handle rather than yours. Priced per creator, per window.

  • Exclusivity

The creator doesn't shoot for a direct competitor for an agreed number of months.

  • Raw footage

The unedited takes alongside the finished cut, for your own editors.

  • Extra revision rounds

One round per video is included. Further rounds are agreed with the creator up front.

  • Rush turnaround

A shorter deadline than the brief would normally allow.

Questions

The ones brands ask before the first campaign.

Anything else, email team@reynhq.com.

Is 10% really the whole fee?

Yes. It comes out of what you pay creators, not on top of it, so the campaign total is your bill. No subscription, no retainer, no onboarding charge.

Why is the minimum $300?

It is the smallest campaign that's worth a creator's time. Most first campaigns are one or two videos, which is what $300 buys at the rates creators on Reyn charge.

What if I add videos mid-campaign?

The campaign total grows and the same 10% applies to the new videos. You never re-negotiate the fee.

Do I pay before I see anything?

You fund the campaign up front, which is how creators know the work is paid for. Nothing goes to a creator until you've approved their cut.

Who sets the creator's rate?

The creator does: each one chooses their own rate per video. You see the rate when you pick them and accept or pass; nothing is negotiated through us.

Do creators know the split?

Yes. Creators see the same number you do: they keep 90% of what you pay, and joining Reyn costs them nothing.

When does the agency plan make sense?

When you're running campaigns for more than one brand, or more than two at once, and you want a person on the other end who already knows your clients. Pricing is monthly with no annual lock. Ask us and we'll quote it.
